How to Extend Your Guarantee on your newly purchased Bucas product?

If you have purchased one of Bucas’ High-Performance Power Turnouts, Bucas Therapy Turnout, Smartex Turnout, or Atlantic Turnout, you have the opportunity to extend your Bucas Guarantee from 2 years to 3 years by registering your rug.

To register your rug and receive the extended guarantee, visit www.bucas.com and click on the “Extend Your Guarantee” tab located at the bottom of the home page. This will direct you to the Extend Your Guarantee page, where you will need to provide your name, email, and address, and fill in your purchasing details.

When filling in your purchasing details, you will need to provide the product code and batch numbers found on the label of your rug. It is important that you upload a clear scan of your receipt, which should show the name of the product, the cost, and the name of the shop where you purchased it.

Once you have filled in all the necessary details, click the send button. Your rug will be registered, and you will receive an email confirmation. If you are lucky enough to have purchased one of our high-performance rugs, you will receive an additional year of guarantee.

In the event that your Bucas product is not fit for purpose, please return it to the retailer where you purchased it, along with the original proof of purchase. Please note that Bucas cannot directly assist customers who did not purchase the product directly from them, but this does not affect your consumer rights.

Please be assured that all Bucas products are manufactured according to strict quality guidelines. However, if you discover a manufacturing fault, please return the item to the retailer where you purchased it, along with the original proof of purchase.
